HOW TO APPLY
Apply to the waitlist for Senior Living at Edith Spurlock Sampson Apartments at the Chicago Housing Authority website.
STEP 1
To begin, visit applyonline.thecha.org and click Submit a New Application
Click now or finish reviewing the steps
STEP 2
Fill in your date of birth, and email address. This lets us contact you and schedule your open house, and send all documents necessary.
STEP 3
Fill in all applicant information, then continue to the next page.
STEP 4
Skip to the next page on the public housing property search to continue to the Project Based Vouchers program.
STEP 5
This is where you will enter in the property name search of the property. Click Search when the property name is filled in full.
STEP 6
Tick the box to the left, and then next page where you will re-enter the application information once more, then e-sign and then finally submit the formal application to join the CHA PBV waitlist.
STEP 7
Done!
